2. Booking
Bookings may be made through the online booking system available on the website.
A reservation is considered confirmed when the booking process has been successfully completed and the customer receives the relevant booking confirmation.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making the reservation.
Availability shown by the booking system is based on availability configured for the selected experience.
3. Prices
Prices are expressed in euros (€).
The relevant experience page indicates the applicable price and services included.
Depending on the selected experience, these may include:
- guided wine tasting;
- extra virgin olive oil tasting;
- food pairings;
- traditional Tuscan light lunch;
- cellar visit;
- vineyard tour;
- private use of the experience for the booked group.
Only services expressly indicated for the selected experience are included.
4. Payment
No online payment is required when the booking is made.
The website does not require a payment card as a booking guarantee.
Payment for the booked experience is made directly to Poggio Regini on site, using the payment methods available at the winery.
5. Cancellation by the Customer
The website offers free cancellation for wine-tasting reservations.
Customers should communicate a cancellation as soon as possible using the contact information provided on the website or in the booking confirmation.
Where a specific cancellation deadline or different cancellation condition is communicated for a particular booking, that condition will apply to that reservation.
6. No-Show
If the customer does not attend a confirmed reservation without cancelling, the booking will be considered a no-show.
As no advance payment or payment-card guarantee is collected through the website, no automatic card charge is made by the booking system in the event of a no-show.
7. Late Arrival
Customers should arrive at the winery at the scheduled time.
Poggio Regini will make reasonable efforts to accommodate delays where possible.
A significant delay may result in:
- a shortened tasting;
- inability to participate in part of the cellar or vineyard visit; or
- where participation is no longer reasonably possible, loss of the booked service.
8. Changes to Participant Numbers
Requests to change the number of participants are subject to availability.
Customers should communicate reductions or increases as soon as possible.
Any increase is subject to availability and the applicable price for the additional participants.
9. Cancellation or Changes by Poggio Regini
If Poggio Regini is unable to provide a confirmed experience, the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending on the circumstances, the customer may be offered:
- an alternative date or time;
- an equivalent experience; or
- cancellation without charge.
10. Wine Tastings
The wines, number of labels and food pairings included in each experience are those described on the relevant experience page.
Where necessary because of availability, seasonality or production changes, an equivalent wine or food product may be substituted without materially altering the nature of the experience.
11. Cellar and Vineyard Visits
Certain experiences include access to the winery, cellar, vineyards or other agricultural areas.
Participants should:
- follow staff instructions;
- exercise reasonable care;
- wear suitable footwear where appropriate;
- supervise children at all times.
Outdoor portions of an experience may be modified where weather or safety conditions make access unsuitable.
12. Food Pairings and Light Lunch
Selected experiences include food pairings or a traditional Tuscan light lunch.
The exact food service included is described on the relevant experience page.
Reasonable substitutions may be made because of seasonality, ingredient availability or dietary requirements.
13. Dietary Requirements and Allergies
Customers should communicate food allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements when booking or as soon as possible afterwards.
Poggio Regini will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requirements communicated in advance.
Customers with serious or potentially life-threatening allergies should contact Poggio Regini before participating.
Unless expressly confirmed otherwise, the complete absence of traces of allergens cannot be guaranteed where different foods and ingredients are handled.
14. Alcoholic Beverages
Wine is a central component of the experiences offered through the website.
Alcoholic beverages are served only in accordance with applicable Italian law.
Persons who are not legally permitted to consume alcohol will not be served alcoholic beverages.
Non-alcoholic alternatives may be available where appropriate.
15. Children and Non-Drinking Participants
Children or participants who do not consume alcohol may participate where permitted by the selected experience.
Children remain under the supervision and responsibility of their accompanying adult.
The applicable price or alternative service, where available, is determined according to the selected experience and booking conditions.
16. Responsibility of Participants
Participants must follow reasonable instructions concerning:
- cellar and winery areas;
- vineyard and agricultural areas;
- food and wine service;
- general health and safety.
Participation may be refused or discontinued where a person’s behaviour creates a significant safety risk to themselves, staff, other guests or property.

Wine tastings and related leisure experiences offered through the website are booked for a specific date and time.
Where the statutory requirements are met, the general 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to certain distance contracts does not apply.
The booking and cancellation conditions described in these Terms therefore apply.
